I got sound off because I ruckets in the clouds like a tune in the charge for the outdaw tune in the chart for the Outlaw. Welcome to the Outlaws. This is Darvey O to Kingpennmarrow alongside Robin O'Malley, Dante Bride's not in today. Don't forget too Like us on Facebook at facebook dot com slash the Outlaws Radio. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram at the Outlaws Radio. You can probably tell by the sound of my voice that I'm a little under the weather of being sick all week, but I'm getting better. And this is the last episode of the month because next month, well next week rather, we'll be off for Thanksgiving and the break can't come at a more perfect time because I need a break. And I'm sure everybody know how that feels. You know, you start getting close to the end of the year, and you know, you start feeling it a little more, and you know it gets a little harder to get to the finish line there, but you know, we almost there. We're gonna make it. We're gonna make it. Miss O'Malley, how are you? Uh? You know what? Uh, I'm good. You know life. I mean, I don't know if I've been kicking my butt as much as yours, but I'm good. Yeah. I just been working, working, working, and you know, real quick. Actually, I would like to say one thing I actually did not tell my co neither neither of my co hosts. That's not long after my little cousin passed away within probably a week or two. Uh, my uncle actually was diagnosed with stage four uh blood bone and I forget the other one. He was uh uh stage four cancer and within days of him returning home, which was just recently a couple of days ago, he passed away. So I would like to send my love and condolences to my aunt Carol. So it has been it's been crazy. It's been really crazy. Yeah, absolutely, man. Yeah, I'm sorry to hear that, and sem my condolences to your family as always as well. Man. That's uh, cancer is a B word, yes, yes, yeah, yeah, So it kind of caught you know, caught you caught him by surprise. Because he was actually he was here for my cousin's memorial. He looked like he was up and doing good, cracking jokes, you know, and being him silly self and then bam. Right, so you know, you just you never know what anybody's dealing with. Yeah, right, absolutely, so sorry to hear that, Sorry to hear that. Macndolas has thought some prayers and once again I say, f cancer, we have to be like a country that has as much money as we have, that's spend as much money on the research as we do. There's no reason why we shouldn't have a cure for cancer at this point. Yeah, you know what, Darvi. Actually, what I do want to say is with that, you know what the doctors actually diagnosed him with when he said he was having complications, he didn't know what was going on. What they diagnosed him with? What was it? Sinus infection? Don't even get me started, man. I had to and I tell this story real quick. I don't know if I've told this on the air before, but this was a few years back and my dear mother had some uh some health issues and they had it was a procedure that had went wrong and my mother could have bled out. It just so happened that I was like, yo, we need to get you back to the hospital, and got her back to the hospital. You know. The doctor a couple of days later was like, you know, it was a good thing your son did what he did, because you might not have made it if he didn't, right. And the way that they were this was this was like at the beginning of COVID. COVID was just starting, and you know, they were shutting every thing down, locking everything down. You couldn't get any information. Nobody was telling me what was going on. It was limits to how much I could see my mother, you know what I'm saying. And I'm like, yo, I got a problem with this. Y'all need to be telling me what's going on. And the doctors will be telling me, all right, we're gonna call you, and they don't call me and all this other stuff. And so I got to the point where, like my mother had called me once and she was in a lot of pains, like she was delirious, and it infuriated me to hear my mother in this level of pain, right, So I called back up there. She still talks about this to this day. I called back up there right. And I don't remember who it was that I talked to, but I said, the doctor said, they was gonna call me. The doctor raint call me. This is like the third or fourth time, blah blah blah blah. And I told him, I said, let me tell you something. I said, this is what I do for a living. This is the industry on me in whatever whatever. I forget the exact verbage, but there's one one part of what I said that I remember exactly. I told him. I said, look, this is who I am, this is what I do, et cetera, et cetera. If some happened to my mother, I promise you, I'm gonna make you famous. And guess what happened after that? They started treating my mother the way that they should have been treated her in the first place. You know what, Barbiel, after you had told me that story. Actually, recently my mom had to get foot surgery and she's she's up there in age. I won't say her age because she will kick my butt, but you know, so she had to get surgery done her ankle a couple of days ago, and she had to be put, you know, to sleep for that, and immediately I'm like thinking exactly what you said to me about your mom's story, Like you've just popped in my head, and I'm just like, Mom, maybe you should just give me the doctor's number so I can call them ahead of time and let them know that you better wake up. So I like was calling the hospital and I'm like, I literally call the hospital. She didn't even want a surgery yet. I'm at work and I'm calling the hospital. How my mom surgery go? Is she awake? It Like she didn't even go into surgery yet, but you popped into my head once I knew she was going in for ankle surgery. Yeah, hey man, sometimes you gotta like you know, especially like as you as you get older and as your parents get older, a lot of times you got to be your parents' advocate, you know what I'm saying. And the unfortunate thing, the truth is about the way the healthcare system operates sometimes is that you know, they don't really take sometimes they don't take as much care as they should on people that they feel like there's no consequence for doing them wrong. You know what I'm saying. I saw the way that a local hospital here I won't say their name, but but a way a local hospital treated my grandmother who's now deceased, and a lot of us in the family believed that it didn't have to be that way. And when you when they think that they can do whatever they want to to you, especially if you don't have a lot of money and all of that, you know what I mean, sometimes you know they're not always giving you the best standard of care. So I was thank god, you know, when my mother went to the hospital, I was in a point in my life where I had a little juice, you know, and I got more now than I did then. But then you know, it's like I got a little juice and the other thing. I told them to Robin, just to make sure that they knew I wouldn't be yessing that I wasn't bluffing. I said, you can google me. You can type my name and you can't period because around to find out you can look me up. You can google me. And so my mother called me not too long after I had that conversation, right, and she was like, what did you do right? And I said what she said. The nurse came in here, she was like, can you please call your son? I can hear your mon too. That is so funny. But guess what they straightened up and fly and was flying right up in that piece. They understood, don't nothing nothing better happened to this life. I mean because they was doing they was doing stupid stuff. They had her, they put her in and they put her in a room next to a COVID patient, all kind of stuff she didn't when she ain't had nothing of that. And you know what I'm saying, Like when she came back, we both got sick, and we we believed later because you know what happened, right, this was still early, so like we were still learning about COVID. But I mean, the doctors should have should have known more than we did. But when my mother came out of the hospital, it was a time like me and her both got real sick, like real real sick. And because I was looking out for you know what I'm saying, when she when she got out and we both got real, real sick. And we thought later like after we heard the symptoms or whatever, and everybody was real familiar with COVID. Me and my mother was like, did we have COVID? Like we might we might have COVID at the very beginning because we got af she got to the hospital, we got real, real sick, real sick. But yeah, man, sometimes you gotta do that. Sometimes you got to make sure. And even if you're not in the like if you listening and you're not in the media or whatever, and you you know you can't do what I did, you still can be active, you know what I mean. I recommend everybody, like be be active. If you have older parents that are dealing with issues, you know what I'm saying, dealing with with with the health care system and having to interact with with doctors and hospitals and all that, be active because that's another thing too, Like some hospitals, some doctors, and it's the roll of the dice, because sometimes you'll get a doctor that's really really good, you know what I mean, But sometimes you won't. And a lot of times if they feel like this patient, that nobody cares about this patient, then they not gonna really show the amount, you know what I mean, because ain't nobody looking over them and they don't an answer to So you got to make sure whether you whether you're in the position to do what I did or not. You know, when your parents are getting older, man, you gotta you gotta be their advocates, you know sometimes and and make sure that these doctors and these nurses do what they supposed to do. Period. So miss O'Malley, like I said earlier, Thanksgivings coming up. So what are your plans? Do you have any plans for the holiday? Do you want to know my plans? What's your plan working getting paid that over time? Are you? Are you a like, do you participate in cooking the Thanksgiving dinner? Or you just show up? Sit down? Letsie? Ah, yeah, mostly show up? Yeah yeah, oh yeah. See my sister was actually gonna have me participate in cooking. But I'm like, girl, I'm about to come straight from work, like I'm gonna be so tired. She's like, fine, all that you pass this time. So who that's I was just about to ask you, like, so, who's who normally cooks? So it's it's your sister that does, my sister, my brother, my other sister. Oh honestly, everybody does a little bit of their own thing. So yeah, and I kind of usually, you know, sometimes not everybody kind of goes to the same house, not really like what it used to be. But I mean, so I really bounced around from place to place throughout the day of Thanksgiving. Yeah, so it's like everybody does their own thing. That's always fun. That's always fun too. I forgot, Like when you said, just sic, I forgot, it's like forty seven of y'all. So it's not forty seven that is so extreme. There's only five. She got like she got like fifty siblings, y'all. I was like, I was like, damn that sister too. It depends on who we adopted, you know, you know, we might have adopted them from the streets whatever, but another spot. Yeah, so I forgot. Yeah, I forgot. It's a lot of y'all. That's always fun sometimes, Like there's been Thanksgivings that I've had like that where you're bouncing from like house to house. You know what I'm saying. You go kick it over here for a little bit, kick it over there for a little bit. That's always fun too. Yeah. And actually, hey, have somebody that is also bringing me some dinner when I get off work, So I'm gonna be getting that and then I will go try to give everybody at least an hour when I get off. Yes, you're gonna have enough you're gonna have like thanks You're gonna be eating Thanksgiving dinner for a week. If it makes it that long, you got like five plates. No, because listen, work be kicking my butt. Okay, so it's like being in the gym. So I'm like always starving, so it may not make it. So before we go to break, of course, we have to have to ask this, what is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? What is what's the thing you like to eat the most? Holm things good? That's tough. Ah, that's really tough. It really depends on whose house you're at. But like each of your siblings have like their own specialties that they're really good at or something. Yeah, i'd like to think so everybody's good at their own thing. You know. Sometimes my sister she switches up, so it's really hard to say with her, you know she honestly, all my siblings are really good cooks. So, but I gotta say the mac and cheese first, and foremose devil eggs. I love sweet potatoes, but they gotta be done right. I like the turkey, but it better be cooked right. Yeah, because if it's not cook right, turkey can be dry, too dry. And then it's disappointing. I do not eat ham, so I don't eat that. Yeah, I don't really know on top of my head, I don't really know them. Yeah. The fact that that mac and cheese was the first thing you said, I'm like, yep, she from the yeah, mac and cheese. Of course, of course I'm not a devil edged guy. So I don't eat that. But other than that, pretty much everything you said now, I do eat ham. So if it's just honey bag ham too all I used to. I gave it up a long time ago. Amazing. Yeah, if it's a honey bag ham, amazing. The uh oh god, what my mind is blanking Cranberry sauce. Cranberry sauce that used to be a favor as a child for me, but now no, really really Yeah, I like Cranberry, so you gotta. It depends on the brand, though. It depends on the brand, because I feel like it's like too cranberry. It's just too much Cranberry's loss is too cranberry. It's just granberry. He's got that. Oh, like you know, it really depends on the But I do look and like stuffing with the gravy. Oh stuffing, Yes, honestly, it really depends. I actually this is probably gonna be like this might be the whitest thing. Uh. I like green bean cast role, but it's got to be made honestly. Only persons that I've ever tried is my kids Nana, and she makes that stuff like chef's kiss, like it's so good. So I do love that one. No they are she is French, okay, but she's she's white, so but she makes it so fun and I didn't even lie. I love mashed potatoes and gravy. I love that absolutely. Yeah with that. You know what though, is so I'm not really too much like how I was back in the day, like growing up, me and my nephew specifically, like we was the tiniest people in the family, and but our plates would be entirely back Like I would have a lot on my plate and you'd be like, how where are you putting it? Now? On the green bean castle role, I've never had it before, so I can't. It sounds very very white, but but I can't make a judgment on whether it's good or not because I've never had it before. So I try it when I like green beans, so I do well it's like not necessarily like pastoral castrole. It's got like the you know, she puts like the crumbs and stuff on the top, and it's actually really really good. So it's got like green beans and it's got that crunch. It just gives it something. I don't try it one day, just so just I'm gonna have to have her make it just so you can. Yeah, absolutely, and I will try it because I've never had it. Like I said, it does sound very very Caucasian, but I can't. I can't say it's bad because I've never had it before. So I gotta I gotta try it. So yeah, I'll try it at least once. I'll try it. Oh. Wait, you know what neither one of us said what we should have said. Shame on us. What cornbread? Oh, you gotta have a corn bread, and it's got to be made right. My grandmother, both of my grandmothers, the one that passed away and my grandmother that's still here now and she's you know, over ninety years old. But her corn bread, oh my god, Oh I'm jealous. Amazing, amazing. And then let me guess you never learned how to make her corn bread? No, what's crazy. It's like she man, and y'all know this. If y'all listening, like most people, like old black people from the South, they ain't really teaching you recip You ain't gonna take I'm taking this too different learn They learned from scratch. There were times, like my grandmother that that passed away. There were times when I'll be like, hey, Grandma, teach me how to do someone on such and such. She can't. She don't know what the measurement is in this. You know what I'm saying, Because she learns of this and you know with my eyes, you know, just in there, baby, and put a little bit there, you know what I'm saying. Like she didn't go off a cookbook. She cooked from scratch. You know what I'm saying. My grandmother grew up in the depression. Like she was from a farm in Tennessee. She wasn't reading books. Her mama knew how to do it. Her mama taught her. And that's what it is, you know what I'm saying. It was so there was there were times where especially like when I was in high school and we had a cooking class that was one of my electives. So we had to go get to like the little the little measuring cups and the little measuring spoons and all of that. And I was learning how to cook stuff from a from a cookbook. But Grandmother's like, what is this blasphemy? You know what I'm saying. So so yeah, it's like I would have I would have loved to learn, man. But but black people from the South who cook like that, they not. They ain't got no dog on cookbooks. There put a little put a little picture this in there, take a little bit of this. We're gonna mix this a little bit in there, and then I'm gonna taste it to see how it tastes. You know what I'm saying. That's what it is. That's like I'm I'm gonna tell you something. I'm gonna say this out lot because I have not said this on the air, and you actually asked me a long time ago if I'm gonna say it, and I did not, So anyway, I'm gonna say it out loud. So the guy that I am dating from the South, yes, yes, but he is very much Southern. So yeah, imagine dating somebody that is from the country, like deep South, raised on the farm, and and I am cooking definitely did not reach my DNA, So yeah, I definitely get that. So like when you say he's like, oh, you know, you do this and you do that, and he's always trying to feed me, always come in here with some food, always trying to feed me, I'm like, I'll take it. Haus all right. Uh, we're gonna move right on. I'm gonna leave that joke alone, all right, Stay tuned. We have Ta Ta with Roe when we come back here. These days, it seems like everybody's talking, but no one is actually listening to the things they're saying. Critical thinking isn't dead, but it's definitely low on oxygen. And now it's time of the show that we'd like to call Tea Time with Roe. Turn it up, set the complication, the latest to celebrity news and gossip explamation. It's Tea Time with Roe on the Outlaws Radio show. Hey guys, so I have a lot of tea for you. It's actually so much it's messy. Uh where do I begin? So we can vaguely touch up on this story just a little bit. We don't really have to say too much on this, but I will say it is along the lines of surviving R Kelly. So just recently, if any and all who know who Cassie is, she was an R and B singer still is I don't know if she still does music. She was under the record label of P Diddy U, which was which was also known as puff Daddy. So she recently she had went and did a press charges on him or to to suit him and let me pull it up let me pull it up because I do not want to get this incorrect. She says, after speaking in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships. Cassie is ready to break for silence and has filed a federal lawsuit against her ex boyfriend Diddy. The singer accuses him of alleged rape and repeated alleged physical abuse over about a decade ago now according to the documents, So she sings the song Me and You so maybe that I'll give you guys an idea. So she was about nineteen years old when she met P Diddy. At the time, P Diddy was like, I think he was like thirty thirty two, like somewhere around there. He was older. He allegedly began a pattern of abuse and control that included allegedly forcing her to do intercourse with male prostitutes while he filmed and physically abused her, also supplying her with drugs. And it's just it's more and more and more detail. I don't want to go too deep into the detail because it is a lot to say, you know, so this this is really all like I said, it's really along the lines of surviving r Kelly, if you may, if you guys know about that story. I don't know if this is true or not, you know, if she's telling the truth or if he's telling the truth, he does deny it, So yeah, I mean, I don't really know, so go based off of this. I mean, but then again, there's a lot of people in the comments. They're like, why so long? Why she wait so long to say something, and so right now she is past the statue of limitations where she cannot you know, take him to and potentially put him away. So now she, like I said, she's trying to suit him the thirty million dollars if mistaken, Yes, a specific number, you know. And like I said, you know, the thing is on this type of topic, you know, Darby, I know that you can't really say too much on this because it's I don't really it's early. I don't like these these things are tough because like you really have to let this thing play out because what we heard is her allegations. She could be telling one hundred percent the truth. She might not be right, like we don't. We don't know. We what do we know? We know that Cassie was signed to bad Boy Records, which is Diddy's label. We know that she was in a relationship off and on with him for years. We know what we've seen from the outside. There were times where it didn't look like she was the happiest person in the world when they were together. We know that there was some level of turbulence because they were on again, off again. They would break up, get back together, break up, get back together. But we don't know. We weren't there, you know what I mean? Right? But see on that part where you say they were on and off again. So allegedly, what I was reading is that that with that being said, is she was saying no, I said Allegedly, she was saying that basically, when she would get away from him, he would sent his people after her and make her go back to him, and he was holding it over her head, like making sure that she don't make it anywhere in the industry if she disappears on him, And he was forcing her to take drugs and do these sexual acts allegedly, And see that's the thing, It's like, we don't we don't know, and so in situation like this, I would never want to be like Chelsie's lying and she's telling the truth. I also don't want to be like crucified Diddy if he's telling the truth. I think it's just it's it's I think the responsible thing to do in situations like this is to let it play out. Yeah, you know, and it's unfortunate. I mean, you're right, because truthfully, it's like he could be an innocent man could or she could be telling the truth, right, or she could be telling the truth, or she could be telling the truth. And the thing is is for a lot of people to say, why wait so long? Why wait so long? And here's the thing, if you've never been a domestic violence victim, and you've never had these horrible things happen to you, to be forced to do something you won't understand, like you will not understand how terrifying it is to speak up. You're scared if that person is going to come after you, scared if they're going to send people after you. You don't know what's to come, You don't know, So, you know, I really hate when I see the comments that are like that, why wait so long? Why wait so long you if you, like I said, if you've never been through it, you need to not say that. Well, And here's here's the thing. This is why I don't like, especially early on touching these topics period, because there's so many different nuances you're, right, like, if you're a person, if you're a if you're a victim of sexual abuse, like, nobody can predict how you're going to respond to that, right like it no one knows, Like there is no there's no book that you can read that tells you exactly how everybody is supposed to respond to trauma, right like, it just doesn't. Life doesn't work that way. We all respond to me and you can go through the exact same thing, and we can respond to it completely differently because we're different people, right So you know, I don't like making that judgment either, you know. But also on the other hand, we have seen people, we have seen people use that for their benefit as a money grab. So it's it's one of those things where it's like that's why I'm like, I don't want to make any value judgments period because it's just too early. We don't right now, it's allegations, we don't know, we weren't there. You know what I'm saying, We don't know what we don't know. There's a lot of rumors surrounding Puffy. There's been a lot of rumors surrounding Puffy for a very long time, all kinds of stuff. But again, we ain't we weren't there. We don't know. So this is one of those things where it's like, you know, she could this be a money grab. It could be money grab. Could she be telling the truth? She could be telling the truth. Both of those are logical scenarios and you got to give equal amountel way to both of them. So this is one of those things I don't it's when it's early like this, I don't really like commenting on it, Like I want to let it, let it play out. We need more information, right right, I agree? Nick? All right, So we're just gonna switch it up a little bit and then we'll come back to something similar. So first we just want to go to so Terrence Howard. I don't know if any and all who know who Terrence Howard is. If you don't, you are living under a rock. In my opinion, Terrence Howard is probably one of my most favorite male actors. What was that hold on Robin? What was that big show that he was on, Empire if you ever watched it. Yes, the most recent big, big show that he was on was Empire. He played uh, was it Lucius Lucious? Yes, so he played Lucius on Empire. He also played in Hustle and Flow, which, by the way, even though it's such an old movie, it is still one of my favorites. And listen, diehard fan. But so Terrence Howard was. Actually he revealed just recently that he only made twelve thousand from that movie Hustle and Flow, And he said, you guys, quote unquote, you guys owe me about twenty years worth of residuals. And I'm just like, is it? You know what's wild? Because I saw that. I actually saw that story and I saw his quote. Now, you know, if you've seen Hustle and Flow, you know they were doing rap songs and stuff in the movie. Now when he was talking about the twenty years of residuals, what he was saying, what he said in that video clip was he recorded those songs. And it seems by the way that he was talking that he might have wrote him too. He said he did those songs, but they had him do it as the character and not Terrence Howard, the person. Well, Paramount Pictures owns the character, so they never had to give him any royalties for those records, which is crazy. That's why you know what I mean. So like no, because normally how it works in the business, and many of y'all know that I'm on that side of the business as well. Sorry, Let's say, okay, Robin, me and you, we write a song together, right, and we because we're both the writers, we're gonna split the writing credit. So it's going to say, when we send this song to you know, the performance rights organizations or whatever, you know, written by Darvil Marrow, written by Robin O'Malley, and when the song gets played, whether it's streamed, whether it's on the radio, whether it's on video TV, whatever, when the song gets played, you get paid as a writer. Well, if Paramount Pictures controlled the songs, and if Terrence Howard was writing those songs, but they had him do it as the character, and he was never credited as Terrence Howard, now he don't get that writing credit. That's crazy. So no matter how big those songs get, you know, Hustle and Flow been watched hundreds of thousands of times. Right, no matter how big that gets, he doesn't get anything. No, that's crazy, Ain't no way, ain't no way. That was a good movie. Yeah, that's a good movie, and I'll always be talking about It's hot out he appearance. Shout out to Terrence Howard. He's from Cleveland, by the way. As a matter of fact, I believe he's from my old hood. Believe shout out to, shout out to that's why, that's why. Okay, all right, So next one, So do you guys know who Andre three thousand. So he was from the group Outcast. So Andre three thousand, he recently came back out of the woodwork, and he was a rapper, which, by the way, a very good one. And so he recently came dropped an album playing a flute, no words, no lyrics, and he made sure he specified that no, there's no lyrics. Okay, so I didn't know. I didn't know that part. I haven't heard it yet. So there's no lyrics on it at all, zero lyrics. Yeah, So he says, it sometimes feels inauthentic for me to rap. I don't have anything to talk about in that way. I am forty eight years old. Because as a rapper, you know how that goes starbo you know, they talk about a lot of toxic things and stuff. I mean, I'm sure what wasn't one of the songs. I'm sorry, miss Jackson. Yeah, I mean Outcast wasn't really that toxic. But he just talked, he said because one of the quotes, he said, well, what am I supposed to rap about? You know? I got to get a colonoscopy. Yeah, that's what he said. I'm just saying, like what I'm supposed to say? Like, so I get it. But you know a lot of people are like, honestly, even if you did rap about that, I'd listen to because I'm tired of hearing shake my booty whole brown blah blah blah. You know, like that's right, that's right to the poet. Absolutely. And I'll tell you this as someone you know, I'll be thirty seven soon in a couple of months, you know, And I did my I mean I've been I learned. I taught myself how to rap when I was like the fourth grade. But I did my first album in twenty eighteen, and it is It is hard sometimes when you're in when you're in a full grown adult to know what to talk about. But I think and I've been, you know, trying to do some new stuff or whatever, but my issue now is just time. I never have the time to just sit down and write and come up with stuff. But you know it, I actually think hearing that progression is a good thing. I think your fans would would like that, you know what I mean, Because here's the thing I mean, think about it. You know, we're all like we're in our thirties. You know, you got people like late twenties, early thirties, late thirties, early forties, even going into the fifties now where it's like, yeah, we still love hip hop, but we can't relate to a lot of the new stuff that's going on right now. We don't. We can't relate to because some of it's whack, you know what I'm saying. It really reminds me of my dad, mostly my dad, because he was always like, God, what is that garbage you're listening to? Its call this music? But our stuff was actually good like this, like this stuff, like some of this new stuff is garbage. It gives actual garbage. It really is garbage, like, and it's crazy because our generation and our parents generation can all actually agree upon us. Yeah right, right, you know what I'm saying. So I do think like I would like to hear Okay, Andre three thousand is forty eight years old. I would like to hear what's going on in his life right now? Yeah, that would that would actually be great. I mean he's always had a really good vibe about him. Sure, yeah, I mean I can tell you so. Wait, So a lot of the comments I was reading, because you know, I like get into the comments to get a little input and stuff, right, And a lot of the girls are like, and you bet, I bet you. I'm gonna be tworking to that flute song too. I'm like, y'all, are have you heard any of it? Yeah? No, no, not yet, Actually I have not, but I definitely will like some jazz because I like jazz too. So the way he says his new project is uh uh like a melody piece featuring no bars but plenty of flutes and other wind instruments. I'll check it out. I'll check it out, see I go. Yeah, yeah, So the next next one, Okay, do I want to go messy or do I want to go funny? Pick one? Darve you you want messy or you want funny. Let's go messy. Okay, we'll go messy, a little messy. So this one is messy. But you know a lot more on this topic than I do. It's like I said, it's similar to the one we were kind of on earlier in a way. Uh. So, ki Ki Palmer has filed a restraining order against her ex, Darius Jackson, and she this is so I'm gonna say this was recently, so she requested a full custody of their eight month old son and put the restraining order. She turned around and they did approve her. They granted her the custody of the son. Temporary restraining order against Darius Dalton as there was a video that surfaced artist she put out that he was abusing her. So and I guess this, These altercations happened more often than not. And then following these situations was actually, I don't know if you guys remember where it was trending just recently, it was trending where she was all up on Usher at one of Usher's shows in Vegas and he did not he was not having it. He said, you are a mom like we did. We did, so there was actually a lot behind that, not just her being some messy girl out in the streets. So there was more behind the scenes than what was meet what meets the eye. Now, I do want to put out there that Darvio did share some info with me. You guys, I did not know about So I knew there was a video that was trending of her being abused, but it also shows that that allegedly, I'm gonna say that she was also abusive to him, So it's a that's what it seems like, that's what he is alleging as, right, So but I do want to throw out there, so not only is he allegedly abusive, but there was backstory. There was more proof that came out that not only was his brother abusive to the mother of his child, but it went back even further and their father was also abusive to their mother. So this story is pretty messy. And this, you know, this really says a lot when I say men go heal. Yeah, again, this is I think another one of those situations. You know, if you heard the tape of allegedly Kiki and her mother cussing this dude out. Yeah, it was pretty brutal, and there were references or allusions to the fact that maybe, you know, he might have been getting hit too. And in those situations, again, it's like it becomes messy, right because we don't know, all right, well, who who's the initiator of it? Right? Like if you just like, are you just beating her ass and she's defending herself or are y'all both just toxic and beat each other? You know what I mean, we don't know we are we don't know. You're right, you are right. There's a lot of situations like that exactly. And then and at the same time, like if if you're in a situation where you being where the dude is being abusive to you and you kick his ass, and that just it is what it is as far as I'm concerned, Like he's coming, like if he you can't you can't go. If if you're beating on her and she turned around and knock your block off, you don't get the then turn around and claim victim. As far as I'm concerned, you know what I'm saying, She defended herself and if she kicked your ass, then that's just tied. Go. Those are the break is it is what it is, right, it is what it is, because that's that's my answer. Baby. If you if this man putting his hands on you, if you can you knock his ass out, whatever you if your fist or skill it or chair, whatever, you get your ass. Period, you you understand. So so that's the thing is like we just don't know. But but you also know, we both know that there are some women who are who be on that you know what I'm saying, period, who are just who beat up dudes and all this stuff. So it's like, this is why don't these the domestic situations are always tough because especially when there are two people alleging abuse, Yeah, those are always tough because we weren't there, and you know what I mean, it's just and you don't want to like I'm never going I never want to accuse somebody of doing something that they didn't do. But I'm also never going to accuse someone of lying if they're telling the truth, you know what I mean. Yeah, that's true, very much true, and you know it's unfortunate in this day and age, just like you you don't know, right because there's so many people that lie, I mean in this situation, though obviously sometimes right right somebody, they're not lying, but it's like, Okay, how did this happen? How did it start? Like there's like we're basically getting the middle and not the beginning, the middle and end exactly exactly, and really we were being and it's because they're public figures, so like we're being thrust into their situation. So we're all outsiders trying to figure out, okay, what happened, and we're really we ain't there, we weren't there. We we don't know, you know what I mean, And so it puts everybody kind of in a weird space, like I'm not I've seen too many of these cases where it's like it makes me not want to just jump out out the window automatically, you know what I mean. And that may make some people mad, and you know, uh, you know, my apologies to you if you're offended by that, but you know, I always try to error on the side of caution, you know, when it comes to these sorts of cases, because we just don't know, we just don't know. Yep, all right, you got anything else I do? Actually, so this one is probably the end of the world. It's it's kind of humorous actually, but also said at the same point, uh, Snoop Dogg, and I don't want to hear that, not nan one of you don't know who the hell Snoop Dogg is. We all know. You better know who Uncle Snoop is. You better know if you don't who raised you. Uh so Snoop dog So I don't know if you guys, like you know, with laws passing everywhere, like like for example, here in the state of Ohio, they recently passed, uh where marijuana will be legal, but obviously not from the streets. But so I think this is like a big thing now. So a lot of people were saying, well, if Snoop don't quit because there were people are like saying, oh, it's bad for you. Because there was something else that followed that few days later, and they were saying, scientists, our doctors were saying, you know that it's caught, it's going to cause like health problems and things like that, or it's causing health problems things like that, and so a lot of people were saying, like, oh, if Snoop Dogg don't come out and say he's quitting. I ain't quitting, I ain't taking his eriets And weirdly, Snoop Dogg actually came out and said, I'm giving up smoke. And that's really you know, when you are when you get into a field like acting, rapping, singing, you know, just anywhere, even modeling, anything that has to do with the industry, anything that you're doing to promote yourself or put yourself out there, like that's thing, right, And so that just happened to be his thing, Like everybody just kind of connected the two, and so I think, you know, like I said, it's kind of a funny thing. But it's not like I kind of feel for him because with him quitting, I know that that's going to be something that is going to be hard because his body is accustomed to it, his brain like or he thinks automatically like that's what I'm supposed to be doing, and he's not going to be doing all right. Yeah, you know, he smoked a lot of weed, like he was smoking allegedly eighty one blunts a day at one point. Yeah, you know, I was. When I first saw it, I was like, is this a is this a publicity stunt? Like does he have Like some people were saying, you know, he's selling weed brownies or gummies or something, and that's with it. That's why you said he ain't smoking no more. But I mean it's you know, we do kind of like pretend like there's nothing wrong with it, but it, I mean, it has some health issues with it too, you know what I'm saying. So, and you know, I just full disclosure for me, I'm not a fan of it. I've never been a fan of it. That ain't one thing. I ain't never really been interested in it. But but there are health issues with it. And you know, Snoop is not young anymore, right, Like he's he's a whole grandfather, right right, So imagine like you've been smoking this much since you were eighteen nineteen years old, not in your fifties. You know. I just hope, and I've seen other people say this too. I just hope he's okay, that it's not for a health you know what I'm saying. Where it's like the doctor was like, yo, you got to stop this and you're gonna die, you know what I mean. So I hope he's a yeah, because he and his thing he's said after much consideration and conversation with my family, I've decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time. So, yeah, that is questionable. And I pray that nothing is wrong with his health, because Lord forbid not snook right right like we need him. Okay, And by the way, I'm gonna just add this to the story because this came out later. Meek Mill said, I'm gonna by and completely stop smoking. I'm gonna follow snoop. My doctor said, I got a little bit in physema in my chest. If I don't stop smoking, it cuts my lifeline and half I was addicted to the to the nicotine and this new we got too many chemicals and too risky to play with my mental Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was actually gonna be I was actually get right to throw that that. It's like weird, we're just like kind of connected there. But uh yeah, so truth be told. I mean, you smoke anything, it's going to cause some damage to your lungs because you know, it's freaking like tar. It's like it's built up when you go to you know, cleanse your body, that's all black inside, you know, and it's blockages and especially when you're doing it every day. You know, they say that your your your lungs is an amazing thing. It heals itself. You meet like a day, Like if you don't do it for a day or two days or three days, your your lungs starts to heal itself feel better. Yeah, but you got people who are like smoking every day. I mean, but see, here's the thing, right, and that's crazy. I mean, like I ain't gonna say what and doing that back in the day when I was younger, I ain't going to tye it. But you know what I can tell you is part of the reason that I did quit when I was younger is because I already naturally have uh, like I don't have good memory, Like I'm not a sponge, you know what I mean. And so when you do that, it also causes you to be forgetful. So you was forgetting everything. Listen. I was definitely very forgetful, and I couldn't uh, I wasn't up doing like productive things. I wasn't you know what I mean. Like it was just constant, constant, constant, was just doing that. That's it, just kicking it. I mean I was young, right, you know, I was young still nineteen twenty twenty one. You know, I was young, But yeah, so that but I can say with that though, is people in the comments, they're like, now see, one person said, now see he said he was gonna give up smoking. He ain't say nothing about edibles. And I'm like, you got a point, Like, so, I mean does that does that count? Well, I mean that's the that's the question, right, Like that's the million dollar question. That's what I saw some people saying, like, oh, well, maybe he has an edible line or something, and this is a you know, this is a stunt for that. I don't know, but well, I'll tell you this. I can't because, like I said, I've never been a week guy. I had a lot of friends who were potheads, and it just never looked sexy to me. So I never had any interest in it because a lot of my friends in high school, in particular, a lot of my friends in high school were doing it, and it just it just didn't look sexy to me. So I never really had any interest. But I will tell you this, So you so you asked about the edible. Now, again, I don't have the experience with it, but I do have a relative who is a who is a weed head? Right, he will tell you he's a weed head. He called me one day. He called me one day he was having he had had a brownie or something like that, and he told me he said, bruh. He didn't say bruh. He said another word that I'm not going to say on the air that we used to greet. That we used to greet each other. But it's like, bruh. He said bruh. He said he had that brownie. Now he's thinking he's a weedhead, right, so you're like, ah, this ain't gonna be no thing. He said he had that brownie, he said he is. He was higher than he had ever been in his entire life. He's never wanted to do that. Again, he's not supposed to eat the whole brownie. What was that from? Like I seen something? I think it was how high? Yeah, they fed the whole staff brownie. Like they mixed the truth serum in with the weed or something. It was. It's been so long since I say how high? But yeah, But which is? Which is funny to me? By the west Side, note, I've never I've never been a fan of weed, never used weed, never wanted to use weed. But I love the get high movies. Right, I love, I love how I love, I love Friday. I love you know what I mean, Like, I love the It's weird because I don't I have no interest in use in smoking weed or ingesting weed, but I love to get high movies. So but yeah, like so it's so from what I hear, And that's the reason why I tell that story. From what I hear, it's really strong. It's really strong, and it ain't no joke, and it's actually you know, that's actually in a serious manner. That's the danger with some of this stuff because we think of weed as like you know, cheech and chong weed, right, what you just mentioned. But you know, this stuff, from my understanding, this stuff got is way stronger. That was one of the things that mic Neil just said in this tweet. You know, some of this new stuff is way stronger than the regular stuff that people were smoking in the fifties and sixties. And well, I'm sorry, no good, no good, Well I was gonna say, and not to mention a lot of these you know a lot of it out here. You don't know what's put into it because it all has more chemicals in it now, like and it could have things in there that could immediately like take you out. That's right, that's right, that's right. It's not you know, it ain't really nothing like this is probably and again I'm not a drug guy. I've never been a drug guy, but this is probably the most dangerous time to be experimenting with drugs, especially when you have when you have drug drug dudes mixing fit and all with everything. They put in everything, you know what I'm saying, not a care in the world. Yeah, and people out here just you think you're doing one thing and then you dropping dead because your overdosing on fending on and didn't even know it. So it's like, this is this is the worst time right now to be experimenting with drugs because a lot of times there's no way to tell. And there has been reports there there have been reports of people putting fitting all in weed, Like you're putting fitting all in everything, you know what I mean, right, right, Yeah, so you gotta be careful. But I mean, if it's and again we don't know if it's sincere or if it's the stunt, but if it's sincere, I mean, congratulations to snoop. I hope he's okay. That's the thing I'm really concerned about, Like, you know, I hope physically, like he's okay that he didn't like there wasn't like, man, if you don't do if you don't stop doing this, you're gonna die, you know what I mean? Like, I hope he's okay. Yeah, but you know, good for him. Uh you got anything else where? Is that it? Actually? You know, I just got one more for and it's kind of hilarious. It's hilarious. Actually, so does everybody know who fifty cent is? And I don't mean the coins. They should they should, if not just a little bit, you know, go go go go shorty, it's your birthday. That dude, yeah him, yeah, so so is officially jumped off the ledge. He's like lost, he's off his rocker. Okay, fifty now says quote unquotes, please refer to me as the thing fifty I do not identify as a person anymore. I am a thing. Thank you in advance. That's his pronouns. The way is that is? That is that damn day? Yeahs Like so that's Dave them then, right, like yeah, that's what it is. Right, there's so many. I'm so confused. So it's them. So he's ad them because if you're a thing, if you're not identifying as a person anymore, you're identifying as a thing, then that would have to be a day them then right, it only makes sense Yeah, logically, like it would have to be mm hmm. That's so weird. Like is he trolling? Troll? Like you know, like fifty is a chaos agent, like that's what he does. He's toxic. Yes, he does the absolute most. So it's like, is he being serious because I think I'm telling you, I think he just sits home and comes up with ways to fiss people off, to make people go hmm. I'm telling we go from talking about Snoop Dogg quitting smoking weed to this dude that it's got to be something like MESSI crazy. But yes, that is all that I had for tea time. I did tell you all that I had a lot of hot tea and yeah you full full one this week full one came in hot all right? Let him know how to follow you, miss O'Malley.
